Understanding Michael Porter – Joan Magretta

Famous for his Five Forces approach to business, Michael Porter has developed an incredible system that helps people to understand what it is that makes business work. In this condensed version of his work, Joan provides fundamental business strategy that I believe any business person should be familiar with. This is one of my very favorite books of all time.
